Advance Exploration of The 3rd China-CEEC Expo & International Consumer Goods Fair: Participating Foreign Enterprises Expect More New Business Opportunities

On May 16th, the third China Central and Eastern European Countries Expo and International Consumer Goods Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Central and Eastern European Expo") was unveiled in Ningbo. On the 15th, the interview team of the "2023 China International Media Theme Interview Event" walked into the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center to visit the exhibitors in advance for their preparation work.

Here, the interview team felt the exhibitors' expectations and enthusiasm for this CEE Expo, as well as their optimism about the potential of the Chinese market. We all hope to leverage the platform of the Central and Eastern European Expo to expand our influence, expand sales channels, and exchange and learn from our peers from China and Central and Eastern European countries.

In the exhibition center, many exhibitors are still preparing for the official opening of the Central and Eastern European Expo, and many of them are old friends of the Expo. Latchezar Dinev, an exhibitor from Bulgaria, is a "repeat visitor" to the exhibition. Since his first exhibition in 2014, he has come almost every time and is an absolute "resident visitor" to the exhibition.

Dinev introduced that their company has been in China for ten years, and there must be a reason for them to participate in the Central and Eastern European Expo again. He hopes to find more distributors, expand sales channels, and attract more people to understand their products through this expo.

It is reported that the exhibition also established a service trade section for the first time, gathering tourism promotion agencies and art institutions from Central and Eastern European countries. Dinev also revealed that they also participated in the exhibition of the service trade section, hoping to promote Bulgaria's development into a tourist country through this section.

The year 2023 marks the tenth anniversary of the "the Belt and Road" initiative. Under this opportunity, CEEC Expo also continues to focus on the development achievements of the "the Belt and Road" in Central and Eastern European countries and the world. Dinev also mentioned that the "the Belt and Road" initiative is mutually beneficial and win-win for Bulgaria and China, which is very important for both sides to know more about each other.

Taking himself as an example, he said that as a Bulgarian enterprise, he may not know China, and China does not know much about Bulgaria and Bulgarian enterprises. The "the Belt and Road" initiative provides opportunities for cultural and trade exchanges between the two sides. This also allows the people of both countries to better understand each other and establish better relationships among people from different countries and regions.
